Integral Billing was hired to provide insurance credentialing services for eight insurance companies in CA and MA. The contract with Integral Billing was signed on 06/06/2022 and the $920 fee was collected through PayPal on the same day. I was advised that the process could take up to 180 days. The standard is ***** days with other credentialing companies; however, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. In the beginning of the process, communication was fairly consistent, until it wasnt. Once the fees were paid, I initiated most, if not all, contact. I was notified that the company ran into issues relative to addresses on 08/15/2022, after I requested an update on the status as it had been 70 days. I was asked to complete additional steps. The information requested for MA was provided on 08/16/2022 and the information requested for CA was provided on 09/29/2023. The last update I received (after initiating the contact) was on 01/27/2023. I reached out on 04/06/2023 and asked for an update. I received a response on 04/10/2023, I'll have an update for you by the end of the day tomorrow. However, this response was the general response I received each time I checked in and was almost always a lie. This time, there was no response at all, not just significantly delayed and not when promised, but not at all. I reached out again on 05/02/2023 and received nothing back. I reached out again on 05/22/2023 and outlined my concerns and provided them with the timeline. I have yet to receive a response. I attempted to recoup my money through PayPal; however, conveniently enough, they only allow claims up to 180 days. I hired another credentialing agency on 03/20/2023, to focus on OK credentialing. I was fully credentialed with 3 different insurance companies by 05/22/2023; 63 days total with two of them being completed within roughly 30 days.
