  Subject: Complaint Regarding Unfair Business Practices on Blender Market To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a complaint regarding *************** not allowing me to list my product, FAST Animation Studio Tools, on their site. F.A.S.T. is a comprehensive, multi-functional add-on for Blender designed to expedite scene creation, particularly beneficial in T.V. but adaptable to a variety of uses. Blender Market has classified my add-on as too niche and has repeatedly declined my attempts to list it on their marketplace, after initially allowing me to list it on their website for more than a year. I kept telling them that it's designed for fast scene creation in Blender and that requires a lot of different functions to become a reality and on top of that I told them that it's modular, you're able to turn off any features that you don't want and only keep the features that you need . This is designed as a T.V. tool for Blender so it's definitely recommended that you use it as intended, for best results, so you could output scenes quickly. But that decision is up to the user, as far as how they use the features.I am requesting the following resolutions:Reconsideration of Listing.Permission to Notify Existing Customers.Greater Transparency in Decision-Making: Improved transparency around their marketplace policies, particularly regarding what constitutes a niche product.Conclusion:*************** decision to exclude my add-on from their marketplace, along with their restrictions on communicating with previous customers, has had a negative impact on my business. I am confident that resolving these issues would not only benefit my business but also expand the resources available to the Blender community.Thank you for your attention to this matter.   Summary of My Advertising Requests and Their Lack of Response

  • Over the past year, I have submitted approximately 20 paid advertising requests via BlenderNations official website form.
  • Their form automatically replies with a message stating, "We will get back to you shortly," but I have received almost no responses except one time when I was told to wait until after Christmas.
  • Despite my numerous requests, I have not been able to purchase paid advertising for a very long time. I previously ran paid advertising with them at least once or twice, but it was years ago.
  • Meanwhile, BlenderNation continues to publish new paid advertisements for others, proving they are actively accepting and placing adsjust not mine.

  • I have attached multiple PDFs, with one for each email to keep everything organized.
  • I saved these emails using CloudHQ's Compact Mode, which removes redundant information but keeps all replies intact.
  • Important clarification:
    • I did not send every single email I have ever exchanged with BlenderNation.
    • Instead, I included the most recent emails from the past year and a half.
    • I have noted in my submission that if you need every email I have ever sent them, I am willing to provide that as well.

  We would like to request that this complaint is dismissed as a complaint which is misdirected toward a company that is not involved.
  
  In short, the complaint is filed against CG Cookie, but all of the information and documentation points to two distinctly different entities, those being Blender Market and Blender Nation.  There is no mention of any wrongdoing or complaint regarding CG Cookie or its employees and we move that this complaint be dismissed.
  
  Blender Market has been notified of the complaint and is willing to work with ***** directly if he reaches out to ******************************************.
