Purchased a holster for an HK USP w/ TLR7 flashlight. Purchase date September 14th, product shipped Oct 24th and received the product on Oct 28th. Upon inspecting the holster I immediately noticed that the sight channel was extremely warped and the frame of the pistol would stick out through the holster, enough to make me question where the $127.30 for the holster went when I was given such a poor quality holster. Granted, the *** attachment system on the holster and retention hood were in perfect condition. I contacted Black Rhino Concealment via their contact tab on their website and heard nothing. I tried again and received a response from them finally on Nov 5th with them apologizing for the delay and requesting pictures/video of holster. I obliged and the unnamed customer service representative requested that I ship the holster back to them for the necessary adjustments: Iron sight channel, barrel/slide protruding and retention. Nov 9th I shipped the holster back to them and without any further updates on their end I asked for an update on Nov 23rd. Three days later on the 26th they stated that the adjustments will be completed soon and will ship back to me by that weekend. Dec 3rd I see the package and eagerly open it to see that the alterations they made were so poor that I probably could have done a better job with a heat gun and no experience. The sight channel is better but not nearly what you'd think $127.30 would get you. The slide and light of my pistol still protrude out of the holster leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I will more than gladly supply pictures and videos if I am able to. This is the first and hopefully last review I ever have to do but I want to warn anyone else looking to purchase a holster from this company. I've purchased cheaper and more expensive holsters and there's no excuse for this poor craftsmanship. 2/5 stars, in hopes that this company can do better in the future. I accept the loss and will not be returning as a customer.
