    We had problems with our furnace. They came out twice to fix it and said it was fixed. The third time they said we needed a new furnace and had a carbon monoxide leak even though our alarms did not go off. Interesting that after he left the alarms did go off briefly. We gave them a deposit and they installed a new furnace. It worked for about an hour. They sent someone out a few hours later. He said the problem was the circuit breaker. We called an electrician. He replaced the circuit breaker and told us that the furnace was poorly installed. He took pictures and basic installation, wiring were not done. They never even left us any information about the furnace or the thermostat. On 1-10-25 I emailed the company and enclosed pictures of the what was not done. I Specifically told them to not charge my credit card for the remaining amount . They did anyway. So far this whole thing has cost us $7,000 dollars not including the individual visits and the cost of the electrician. We are senior citizens and I believe we were taken advantage of by this company.

    Dishonest company, go with anyone else.I went with someone else who fixed all my issues for less than 1/3rd the cost of these scam artists.1. They overcharged, 500+ dollars for a 10 dollar transformer and 20 minutes labor.2. They didnt give me a quote before doing this overpriced repair, and forged my signature on the electronic consent forms.3. The repair did not last for longer than 5 minutes. They wanted another several hundred dollars to replace another part.4. They ghosted me when I tried getting customer service help.I still had a non working system, after paying over 500 dollars for labor and for a transformer to be replaced ( replaced with possibly either an old and used transformer or not replaced at all).I was never given a price or information on the work that was done by the first tech prior to him completing the work, after I told him explicity that I needed to know the repair cost before anything was done because Im a renter and my landlord would need to approve any repairs.The tech didnt do any testing of the system after it turned on, and it stopped working minutes after he left, when I switched the system from heat to AC, which is what caused the system to stop working initially. I told him that is what caused the **** to stop working and asked if that could be a cause, he said no. Turns out, that was false.I have lost all trust in your company, despite your motto "Bringing Honesty and Integrity to ****", and don't feel comfortable with any work your company would do going forward.
