    Dear *** Cashier Representative:I am writing regarding the bill $159. I keep receiving. I have called several times and left a message (I do not know the persons name. I was transferred to her office and left messages on her voice machine. I have never heard back.)In the fall of 2022, I signed up for the beginning watercolor class. I paid with my credit card through the *** system. When I arrived on the first day, the instructor (I do not remember her name, but she was older and very nice) said that I was not on her list and that I needed to call the main office. I did so, and they told me that I was registered, but that my credit card payment did not go through. I was transferred to another office, only to confront an answering machine. Frustrated with the run-around, I did not return to class. (I only attended the first.) I made this clear each time I left a message, yet I continue to receive bills.Please do what must be done to justify this situation. I teach at *** and I have never seen such ineptitude or the disrespect of not even returning a call.
