      On March 22, 2024. We're profoundly disappointed with Fencing and Deck Pros IN, **********, **. Despite our $13,000 investment, the fence installation failed to meet basic standards, leading to a failed city inspection. Efforts to resolve this were met with indifference and resistance. Owner *****'s conduct was particularly disappointing. We demand a refund as the workmanship did not meet expectations. BY law the opening on the bottom of thence cannot exceed 3 inches, His installation is up to 15 inches open and needs to be immediatly addressed. That is the reason why ***** used the extra panels on the bottom to try and cover up the open gaps that the city had pointed out. Legal action is being considered to ensure accountability. We urge Fencing and Deck Pros *** to address this matter promptly and fulfill their obligations. Attached to this complaint is the file is the form from the city inspection with a failed status.

      This customer signed a certificate of completion, we have all the pics and videos for evidence and they are available upon request. He also has a long list of doing this to other contractors from what I was told from his neighbor and is a registered *** offender and was in court for mortgage fraud.

      We were contracted to install a fence for this customer that had issues with his left line due to an increase in elevation changes because of a flower bed they put in and we told the customer about the difference in elevation change and he stating that he had 2-12 retaining wall that needed to be reinforced of which we did reinforce, however, due the flower beds there was a difference in elevation from his neighbors lot to his lot and essentially did not pass code on that left side, I reached out to the customer to resolve the issue with the customer and inspector but have not heard back.
