      During the repair of my roof, Greater Good Restoration dislodged an air vent cover that fell to the ground and broke. They committed to replacing the broken vent cover, but 5 months later the vent cover has still not been replaced. The vent cover is a high part of the roof requiring a large ladder to replace (otherwise I would just consider doing the replacement myself).

      I have alerted our construction manager to this issue. They have stated that they had to keep rescheduling due to weather. But he is on the schedule for the service

      While Greater Good Restoration was replacing our roof, they broke a screen and a window. After several calls and texts messages, greater good has yet to notify us what their plan is to fix our broken window. It is going on 7 days since the incident.

      The window companies been out there the glass is order, I've spoken to him also. So we're just waiting for the glass to come in so they can go out and replace the broken one
