    Dear Sydney,

    Caring Network, NFP operates in IL as a limited medical services provider.  We provide professional grade pregnancy tests, and limited ultrasound exams all under the supervision of nurses licensed in **.  We also have a licensed Ob/gyn doctor overseeing these services and protocols.  

    To be clear, we are not illegally advertising in our job postings.  In the job requirements for the two telehealth nurse positions you mentioned, the qualifications clearly specify the candidate must maintain a registered nursing license in IL.  See the candidate requirements below which I copied directly from the zip recruiter job posting links you referenced:

    Candidate Requirements:
    A committed ********* who demonstrates a personal relationship with *********************** as Savior and **** and is a participant in a local church
    Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
    Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Networks Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
    Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
    Comfortable with participating in prayer with co-workers. 
    Maintain IL Registered Nursing license
    Bilingual in Spanish preferred
