  Fast and efficient. ******* took care of me and my house throughout the entire process. Being a young home owner I was unsure on a lot of it. ******* explained every minor detail and gave me the real world expectation. These guys aren't just salesmen but they actually care about getting your house fixed. The work they're team does is nothing short of perfect. The roof and gutters were done in less than a full day and look amazing. They also left the place looking better than they found it. Cleaned up everything including things they didn't have to. Not 1 nail/screw was left behind. These guys will be my go to call for anything in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of myself and my house.

  ******* from frontline did an amazing job from quote to finished product. He ensured the job was done quickly and efficiently from start to finish. My insurance company did not want to pay for a total roof replacement. But ******* found issues with the existing roof and got the whole roof replaced. I never had to deal with the insurance company. From delivery of the material to tear off and install the crew did amazing. The material was delivered on Friday and the job was started and finished on Monday. No corners were cut and the final result were better than expected. I was blown away by this roofing crew.

  I can't even begin to explain the multiple issues & run-around I am STILL getting from this company! All of my neighbors had used different companies for their roof & siding fixins this year due to a lot of ************ damage in our area this spring. But here are a few that I recommend you watch out for. One, only wanted a roof inspection as I had leaking after storms. It took 2 months to get an inspection & then it wasn't even approved by the inspector when I was told that there is NO WAY it wouldn't get replaced. They replaced the garage roof, but not the house even though it is the same age & has more damage... WEIRD! Two, I have NEVER seen a worse job with caulking & it is absolutely ridiculous. It looks terrible & shotty work was done. Three, my siding was installed nearly 3 months ago & I am STILL waiting for things to be fixed & installed correctly & still missing pieces of gutters so water isn't just running into my foundation. Four, I had to call & have someone reinstall my porch awning as they just left it laying in the yard. It was finally put up & I have some to realize that it is crooked, parts were damaged, bolts are missing which means that it is not completely intact AND they also didn't seal it properly so now rain runs down my porch ************* resulting in more water heading straight to my foundation! Five, I have two ******** cannot tell you how many nails I've found scattered in my yards let alone the jagged chunks of cut gutters that were discarded & thrown in my yard for my dogs paws to find. And yes, both have sliced their paws on sharp garbage left in my yard when I was told there would be a triple inspection for metal as I have dogs. So, nearly 3 months after the **************** am still having to contact people about the same things over & over again. ALSO, still waiting for the re-inspection of my roof!!! I have contacted my insurance agent to get them involved as I feel like I am totally being taken advantage of! Horrible!!!

  Frontline is deceptive in their practices. They told me I had roof damage and PROMISED me that my insurance claim would be approved, which was not the case. This process has been absolutely horrible. I would not recommend that anyone use the services of Frontline.

  I've had nothing but an outstanding experience going through Frontline Adjusters for our siding, roofing, and other areas of our house. In 2020, when there was fairly significant hail damage done to our house, the ** rep was clear in explaining how everything would work in terms of working with our insurance company (which ** mostly took care of), finding a company to install the new siding and roofing, and being on call to answer any questions we had. All in all, everything went smoothly.More recently, we had minor siding repairs to do, and ** was the only company to get back to me and then come to the house and actually fix the loose siding panels. They didn't charge me, which I appreciated immensely. Also, the rep I worked with on the phone was super friendly, and she always got back to me. That's way more than I can say for the two other siding companies I called who said they would visit our house and never did, without any explanation of follow-up. No one wants to have their house damaged by a storm, but if it ever happens to us again, Frontline Adjusters will be the company we use, in a heartbeat.

  Great company to work with! Very knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking! From start to finish, we had no issues, which was a blessing! Clean up was great and very pleased with our roof! Would highly recommend

  100% satisfied with the roof replacement by Frontline Adjusters. *********************** was my first contact person and performed the initial hail damage inspection followed by ****** who did a comprehensive inspection, took pictures and measurements. Several days later ******************* stopped by and fully explained the services and the timetable involved. ******** and his crew did the tear off, new shingle installation and clean up.All of the above people were professional, informative and courteous. The Frontline employees I dealt with were outstanding and I highly recommend their company.

  Charged me 4 times more than local roofing companies were charging others in my neighborhood. Took a check i sent to hold so they could start work while awaiting the insurance check and they cashed. Nails left all over my yard, driveway and garage. Left a dumpster blocking my garage when they were done had to call multiple times until they removed it. Left materials in my driveway for 6 weeks until I threatened to give to the local roofer and they finally removed. Rude staff, unprofessional , would never use again. Total rip off

  Thank you for reaching out to the BBB to resolve your issues. The roof replacement was completed per the agreed upon contract price. There was definitely a misunderstanding regarding the initial funds deposit, and we thought this had been worked out and resolved to your satisfaction. Due to the amount of material left over at the jobsite, we were dependent on our materials provider to pick up the extra. It did take them longer than anticipated, but we informed you of the process. We appreciate your business and apologize you were not happy with other aspects not regarding our workmanship.

  They wanted to help me so I signed a contract with them. I was told they would not charge me anything they get paid by Insurance.So when they found out the insurance was not paying for a new roof they told me they can cancel the contract anytime so they wasted 4 weeks of my time trying to get my roof fixed. I think this should be Against the law just because they didnt get what they wanted
