    The company installed new windows in my condo. I spent$25,000. for this job.Two of the windows have cracked. I have been calling this company everyday leaving voice mails and leaving texts for them to repair or replace the windows. I have even offered to pay for the repair or replacement. No one is taking my calls or responding to my texts. I am a senior citizen and I am on a fixed income. I need someone to advise me how to solve this problem or please have the company either replace or repair the windows. I live on the 7th floor in this condo building and I fear that if these windows break completely it could cause harm to an individual. This is very dangerous. I just want the company to contact me and fix the windows. Thank you for any help or advice.
