    Contract signed for a 10 x 10 6 concrete slab on 5/17/24. L.C Repairs came multiple times, only stayed for about 30 minutes at a time, effectively dug out 1 of dirt, put down pea gravel and wood borders with rebar. When questioned about the 4 of gravel as required and also in the contract, L.C Repairs ghosted me, taking my retainer payment with them. Owner not returning calls and ***** returned payment.

    May 17, 2024 LC Repair came out for concrete replacement after we had sewer work done. The concrete size needed was 4' wide 4' length x 6" thick for our front porch and to resurface the entire porch to make sure it was the same color as the new concrete. He got concrete on my new Siding, window, and storm door. Surface is very uneven, and not the same color. He said the resurfacing would smooth out and all be the same color which it's not. He said he would come back to clean which he didn't. We waited 3 days for him for a no show. He said he put rebar in the mix and gravel but he didn't. Two other companies came inspect and verified there isn't any rebar in the slab.Now it's going to cost us $4000.00 for another company to remove what he did and do the job right.We want a refund of $1300.00 plus extra for the cost of doing it right.
