    On July 7th, 2024, I ordered some Sun-screen lotions I saw online. This company (Forever-beloved) immediately charged my credit card *****, although the total was supposed to be *****. I received a notification that the product had been shipped but never received it. I tried to get a hold of customer service, to no avail, i did receive a response from one of my emials that i needed to be patient, that the order was on my way, its almost ocober, and I haven't received, nor I get any response from my mails. I will attach screenshots of the order and the charge from my credit card. I want to get help getting the money back.

    On or about 10/28/2024 I placed an order for products from this company. I was immediately received an alert from my bank that this was a potential fraud. I emailed the company and was told they could not cancel. The bank flagged the debit and refunded the amount back to my account pending investigation. At completion of their investigation they withdrew the money determining that it was a legitimate purchase. I never received the product and never received a refund although they are saying they refunded. Also the amount taken out of my account was higher than the amount on my order. Attached is the email communication between myself and the company.

    I purchased 2 banks from Forever-beloved back on 11.14.23. *hen I reached out to the company on December 19th to find out the status of my shipment being it had been over a month and it still hadn't arrived, I was told that they would contact the shipper and expedite it. I did not receive the items until January 5th. *hen I received the package, it had a return address of ****************, **, but when I look at the tracking it started in ******** *****. *hen I opened the package, the * bank has scratches on the plexiglass and instead of the name being etched on the glass, the company sent stickers for me to personalize. Upon several attempts to get a refund for the * bank, all I get from the company is that they want to send me a $4 refund and are telling me that the postage to return it would be far too expensive. I am requesting a full refund of 1 of the banks that I ordered and will deal with the 2nd one not being personalized.
