      I answered the online ad for an estimate for ductwork cleaning. The response was very timely. The company that showed up at my home February 10, 2025 was an out of state licensed van with a different company name. Divine HVAC-DUCT showed up to do the job. Two gentlemen with very large equipment arrived. The contracted amount was $269. The workers spent time attempting to upsell several other add on jobs at the time of the appointment. I declined. The ductwork cleaning went extremely quickly. I was left with a significant amount of cleaning in the house proper, and basement after the job completion. Vacuuming of very significant amounts of loose chunks all over floor surfaces. Ductwork grills all required vacuum attention. After the crew left, and the furnace was turned back on, the extremely strong odor of the "disinfectant" added to the furnace system drove us out of our home. This all occurred during an Artic Blast. When we returned the next day, the furnace is now very loud. The furnace functions, but very loud. This is a result of the work done by Divine HVAC-DUCT. I called the company for assistance. No response. Finally at the end of the week Mr ***** called to say turn the furnace off and reset. Call back Saturday after 5. I did. Still very loud. No answer. Several attempts. Sent email. No response. This is where I am. I am currently awaiting an appointment with a furnace company for answers and repairs. Very disappointed.

      When I received a call from Mr. ***** after numerous non responses.... I was told to shut down furnace. Reset. Call back. They would come out if needed. Again, after issue not corrected, the company did not respond in any manner. Not acceptable that they do respond only to BBB when compelled. This does not clean up their mess. This does not correct the issue of being chased out of the house due to overwhelming odor. This does not fix significant furnace noise issues. This does not paint an acceptable explanation for arrival to an out of state residence in a van with a different company name. I respectfully request my hard earned dollars back, to achieve a reputable and trusted fix.

      1st I was first charged $250 more than the original quote to clean the furnace/AC. Then as soon as the gentleman left my AC stopped blowing cold air. I tried contacting them the next day. All I was told is "let me speak to the team". NEVER heard anything else. I messaged several times and even called and e-mailed with no response Mind you this is during ***** degree weather. I called a company to come out to look at my AC and the verdict is my coil was messed up during the cleaning. A simple duct cleaning for $250 is now going to cost me almost $2000 to get back to a normal running state. $250 original price another $250 to clean the furnace/AC and $1300 to fix the damages done from ****** HVAC I would like a response first- then I want a full refund along with the $1300 it cost to fix it- in total $1800

      This company advertised on our local ************ page as a business put of **********. Two Israeli young men showed up. They cleaned out our HVAC vents and blew dust, sand, and debris all over our home. Immediately experienced asthma attacks, sore throats, chunks of grey matter coming out of our sinuses and the house smelled of old dust and basement smell. I alerted them to the complete negligence with no attempt to prevent all of that from the vents coming in the living area. There was a layer of dust and sand on kitchen appliances, desks and children's furniture that was several feet from the vents even greater than six feet on my kitchen counters and stove. They will jot respond to our complaint and rather attempted to cash the check given for initial payment.

      I am rejecting this response because: there was no existing odor or dust problems on the main floor of the house. That was caused nmby negligence of the techs not covering, closing vents as they blew them out. I did not cancel the check the same evening. I cancelled the check after ***** responded to my complaint and an attempt to cash it the following day. Race has nothing to do with it. Your advertisement was misleading. You are not locally based and therefore believe you are running a scam and your company does not have properly trained techs. We have all been suffering from respiratory symptoms including all of our pets, one who is at the vet now in severe respiratory distress. We have been sick for weeks now. It's unacceptable. Complete negligence.

      2 younger mexicans came to my hime to clean my ducts, they did bit clean my ducts at all. Unplugged my freezer and lost hundred of dollars in meat and other foods, left a mess in my brand new furnace. ***** from my wife and tools from my basement.

      I responded to an ad on ******** that this small company was looking to fill their schedule for the month and was offering a discount to new customers to clean heating ducts. Couldnt get us on their schedule for roughly 2 weeks which was no big deal! Then on November 15, 2023 their van and guys showed up asked if I had any concerns and I told them that we had just finished remodeling and more than likely had a bunch of insulation in the ducts and returns as well as more than likely never being done since house was built in the 50s. I have gone to school for hvac/r so I knew what shouldve happened when doing this service! While watching them they only blew a little air through the registers and attached the vacuum to the main line. When they said they were done and packed up I asked them about the insulation in the ductwork and was told that they were positive they got it all with their very powerful vacuum! When I got a phone call the next day to ask if I was satisfied with the service I said I had concerns and was immediately referred to **** the service manager which started out not believing me then asked if it was possible to take pictures of the ductwork for him! I have kept all of the text messages with him! I kept getting told they would send a more powerful vacuum but then couldnt get me on the schedule. Excuse after excuse then told I could only get $150 of my money back because the guys had been paid already now no response at all from the company and seriously thinking of a law suit because I feel scammed!**** said customer service is very important to the company but this doesnt show it! These are just some of the ducts and **** received these photos too!Invoice# **** Date of service 11-15-23 Paid $267 cash

      6-13-23 We used this company for Duct cleaning. They did the cleaning and then left. I went to basement later that night and there was water all over our floor. They had broken the water pump for our Air condensation and not only did not tell us but we had water everywhere that we had to clean up. My husband had to go to Menards at 9 pm to get a new pump. I messaged the original person that I contacted on **. I also told the person that followed up with a phone call asking if the service was good. I got no response at all. They told me the supervisor was "on vacation". I have been blocked from the ** page.

      Divine HVAC were schedule to come for a furnace and dryer vent cleaning. They arrived when they were scheduled on 10/6/22. It seems like they did a nice job, young men were pleasant to work with. However, when we arrived home from Christmas vacation my whole home has dust everywhere, much more than normal for a week of being gone. Seems like it came out of the registers by the level of dust in those areas, I called the company and spoke with ****** who informed me that they would come back spring of ****************************** which seemed like an acceptable agreement. BUT THEN, 1/17/23 the furnace had stopped running and we called for repair, we were informed that the furnace filter was clogged with white dust that it shut the furnace down which burned out the safety switch, which we had to replace. 2/10/23 AGAIN the furnace stopped running, the technician informed us that the furnace is again full of dust. He cleaned out as much out as he could and felt that the blockage of the dust is what created the first problem and is continuing to be a problem. Furnace techinian informed us to change our filters every other week to help with all of the excess dust that seems to have been released but not completely removed when Divine was hired. We then went thorough 4 new filters to help with this situations. I called ****** again and informed him of the furnace problems we were having, he then stated they must have taken the hose off of the dust removal too soon. He offered to not only come himself to redo the dust removal but to pay for 50% of the cost of the Furnance repair. I have since called twice to confirm and set up a time to come to complete the work and reimburse me for the furnace costs but no one will return my calls.

      I saw a post on ******** from a woman from the small town I grew up in. The post stated that her and her husband were starting up their small family owned duct cleaning business. I directly messaged her. Turns out, the profile was fake. And it was Divine HVAC scamming, pretending to me a woman. The day of my appt I got a call from a ******************** phone number. It was a foreign man. I asked him if he worked with the woman I was messaging with. He said. Oh shes just an agent of ours. That is lie number 2. The more I looked at the womans profile, it was clear she was hacked. Then I asked what price she quoted me at. The quotes were NOT the same. Lie number 3. He ended up charging us MORE than he told me on the phone. The whole service felt like a complete scam. What a dishonest way to get customers. Pretending to be someone else. After all the lies I was told to get the appt, I dont even believe it was done correctly or completely. I want a full refund for the dishonesty, lack of trust, and worry that the job wasnt even done. Such a disappointment that a company feels they can do this.

      11/2/22 had premium cleaning done but workers damaged furnace humidifier which began leaking. Also failed to plug all holes in duct work. Called toll free number but calls not returned. Frustrated.Invoice ****

      We contacted this company originally because because our dryer vent was clogged. We signed up for the service to get all vents and dryer vent cleaned for $249. After they left found out they damaged all of our vents (have pics) and we are still getting message of dryer vent clogged. Made several attempts to contact and they've never returned my calls.
