    I hired Garage Force of Naperville to coat the concrete surface on my pool deck for the amount of $7,000.00. The job was done 3/20/24 & 3/21/24. Later that summer I noticed a discoloration in the finish. I called the company and set up a date to have the deck resurfaced. I received a text message from them telling me that they missed the date we had set and also stated that there was a material issue and wasnt shipped. They suggested it would be better to reschedule in the spring. This Spring I tried calling the company to setup a date and the phone number had been disconnected. I received a text 3/21/25 that stated that the operation closed down and gone out of business. Also, that the owner, **** ********, was going to contact Garage Force of Schaumburg to see if they would do the resurface. I did not hear back from him. I called the ***************** (********* ****** ************) and was told he would call Teuthorn to get details. I have not heard back. I have tried calling Garage Force corporate office multiple times leaving all the information but have not heard back. I was given a Lifetime Warranty when work was completed back in March 2024.
