I took my car into Sunrise ***** Dealership because it was overheating. When I got it back, the overheating problem had been fixed; however, the oil pan was leaking. I paid a lot of money to have my car repaired but their service was very bad. I want everyone to know that this dealership is s******* people.

Ms. ******* has been a Service Customer of ********************** ***** since 2016. The vehicle we have serviced over the last nine years is a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze with approx., ****** miles. In October of 2024, the customer complained about an oil leak. Upon inspection, our technician found that there were several issues with the vehicle, including an oil pan gasket leak, transmission cooler line leaks, heater hose leaks and more, (we have a MVI on file). Much of the work was performed and also discounted by Sunrise Chevrolet as customer Good Will. In November of 2024, Ms. ******* returned with a front engine cover seal leaking. There was a warranty on car that covered most of the repairs...those that were not, were absorbed by Sunrise Chevrolet as Good Will, again. Since November, the customer has not visited and there are no records of contact from Ms. ******** All parts and labor are warrantied for 12mo. or ****** miles. If there are concerns with failed repairs or quality, Ms. ******* can contact us directly for a free inspection and consultation. The allegations of Sunrise Chevrolet from Ms. ******* and defaming and hold no merit. We have documentation for all approved repairs. During each of Ms. ********* last two visits, she sat down with our Service Director for an explanation of repairs. We (Sunrise Chevrolet) have not been made aware of any dissatisfaction from Ms. ******** until we were notified from BBB. I've bought 3 cars from Sunrise and have always had a good experience. The place is clean and has good inventory. The staff is courteous and professional. The deals are good in both sales and service.Sunrise Chevrolet, Inc.
