    I tell every American that I know who needs to ship Balikbayan boxes to the *********** not to use this company. IF we had read the review on other sites, we would not have lost over $300 in merchandise shipping a box through them. We dropped off the box at ******** in *********, ** in July and was told it would take 3 months. It is now December and when my wife contacted Carl Express and spoke to ***** in September, he told her that the box would make it to **** in October. October came and went, my wife called back and was told it would make it to **** in November and to ****** by the 3rd week of November. She called back at the end of the 3rd week and was told that the box has not made it to **** yet and that it would make it in December. So now it has been FIVE months and they have no clue where the box is or even if it was ever loaded onto a ship for transport. There is no online tracking as with some of the other companies we have shipped with when we were in *****. I would like to know what government reporting agency I would need to file an official report of property theft to in order to stop this business from continuing to steal their customers property, while making money for services unfulfilled.

    Shipped 2 boxes to *************** with this company in February and keep getting lied to about when they will be delivered it has been 6 months and Carl express has ghosted and the company in *************** is stating they do not know where this shipment is.
