      ****** Review ????? (1/5 Stars)My experience with Dental Lab Direct has been absolutely terrible. I placed my order in September, followed every instruction, and received confirmation that my impression was approved and good to go. Fast forward three months with no communication, and on December 2, 2024, I received an email claiming my impression wasnt good enough and demanding another $100 for a new kit.This company doesnt have a phone number for support, and their email responses are either non-existent or severely delayed. They also claimed to have emailed me in November, but I never received anything. Their lack of professionalism is appalling. As a single mom, I cant afford to keep paying for their mistakes, and this entire process feels like Ive been scammed.On top of everything, they blame the customer when their system doesnt work. Let me be clear: you cannot get a proper tooth impression from a missing tooth. I followed their instructions perfectly, making the impression as deep as possible, but they still rejected it. At one point, the putty was so thin it was nearly unusable, but even that wasnt good enough for them. This seems like a deliberate tactic to string customers along and squeeze more money out of them.If you value your money, time, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Their communication, professionalism, and customer service are absolutely lacking. This company doesnt feel legitimate, and I regret ever trusting them.If I could, I would give zero stars. Save yourself the frustration and find a trustworthy company instead.

      This is my story, I was fishing on Lake Nokomus,in Minneapolis Minnesota, I had just finished a beer and some went down the wrong pipe. I started to cough and out of my mouth and into the lake went my teeth.
      I went to 3 different dentist in the area. I explained I had a lower plate for years, but every single one ignored what I wanted and tried to get me to do full tooth removal and implants. The quotes were $19,000 -$25,000. To which I replied I’m not looking to leave them to someone in my will. Thank god a google search turned up dentallab Direct. In a month my lower plate was replaced at a price I could afford.

      They customer service is terrible, I called nobody answer the phone, I left messages nobody called, I emailed nobody reply. I bought an easy denture for $199 and it does not fit at all, tried to return it, I sent back with a letter explain why, they sent it back to me said this item can not be returned. Terrible customer service and product.

      This is a horrible company. The workmanship was so bad that in two of the replacement teeth sections they added an extra tooth. Because I took it to a professional lab out of concern they voided the warranty. The fit was so bad the lab told me it could not be adjusted and would have to be redone which at that point I had 0 faith left for getting a decent product. I should have done more research. I am out nearly $500 with nothing to show for.

      We require if there is an issue with one of our products to contact our customer service ************************. We are more than happy to assist our customers with any issues or concerns they might have with their order. The customer's warranty in this situation was voided because the product was taken to a third party to be worked on.

      I purchased a flexible partial from dental lab direct I never got to wear the partial because it didn't fit I had to send it back 3 times and it still don't fit they ask me if I would like a refund I said yes they are only refunding me $224.50 and I paid them $449.00 that partial refund is not acceptable I want the rest of my money I shouldn't have to pay them $229.50 for something I can't wear. Please help
