  I am rejecting this response because: It simply isn't either the truth and it does NOT align with the evidence. The evidence is:

  (1) the $200.00 stolen was for service of process on both:

  (a) *************** & Trust by ******************************** AND

  (b) ****************** Corporation.

  The return is neither a lawful Affidavit and in fact on the face thereof it clearly and unambiguously states "PROOF OF SERVICE (This section should NOT be filed with the court unless required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(I))".

  Further the returned document does not state precisely what [ie: summons, complaint, discovery], when (time), how [ie: personal or just mailing a copy] or where the service of process, if it occurred, happened.

  Moreover, there is absolutely no evidence of any process being served upon ******** financial Corporation whatsoever.

  BUT PAID THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT THEY DEMANDED $200.00, PROOF IS ATTACHED THEREOF, FOR SERVICE OF PROCESS AND AFFIDAVITS THEREAFTER. NO SUCH AFFIDAVITS EXIST AND THEREFORE SERVICE OF PROCESS IS PRESSUMED TO HAVE NEVER HAPPENED OR OCCURRED.

  The "detective" alleges it (service of process) has in fact happened well if that is the case where is the affiant's affidavit(s)? I am not introducing evidence(s) of past experiences, it is obvious had that prior service of process not been "satisfactory" I wouldn't have rehired the corporation. I have the emails requesting the feedback previously posted to yelp and equal complaints of that the Notary couldn't respond thereto "as they wouldn't allow her to respond" further I have ample evidence including her requests {one therefore assumes her superior also needed legal advice) on how and when to serve process in ** with ** Documents:

   

  Email evidence hereunder of incompetence and professional malfeasance or negligence - attached is evidence of criminal acts.

  Please let me know if additional clarity is needed, in response hereto. My take is it is the "laws" of the state wherein service of process is perfected are that which govern said service but the dictates as to initialing each, dating each and timing each are synonymous with the addition of where and who was served added to the original summons which is to be returned with the Affidavit of service of process

  I normally dont write reviews but I feel compelled to write to warn other attorneys about this company.  We paid $300 for rush service.  After almost a week the person still had not been served. I called to inquire about the status and was told, the process went out the house this morning but there was no answer.  The house they had allegedly went to was burned down. So clearly we were mislead when we were told they had been to the house that morning.
  We got the address of the hotel where the family was staying and gave to Hogan.  Immediately we got another bill for $300.  I stated we would pay but the person would need to be served first.  Hogan  told me we have made contact with the person and will have them served dont worry.  Of course, they have not been served. Even though we provided the name and room number of the hotel where they were staying.  This company is a rip off.    Please avoid them at all cost.  You are wasting your client's money.

  This is not an honest company, and their response is not an honest response. Moreover, it has absolutely NO/ZERO evidence to support it. Merely contentions of persons clearly in need of that $200.00 {having a dog in the race, persons obviously in dure financial straits} they stole the $200.00 and now are trying to eliminate the problem by again pointing at the old sick dying daddy [who knows if he even exists?]. This was not my problem before and it isn't my problem going forward nor will I allow it for one minute to in anyway shape or form impinge upon my good name. I have the emails and the evidence that clearly and unequivocally supports my contentions of theft by deception by an "investigative team" of cohorts. ****** husband and wife or daddy and daughter those facts are not relevant.   he had performed her accepted tasks. She further asserted my actions of a chargeback & dispute were unwarranted for any number of reasons & because she was dealing with Medical Conditions of her Father out of State my actions were, she contended, intended to injure her. They were not, they were intended to protect **** and me! They, my dispute & chargeback, were not as she had interposed an attempt to "do her wrong". As evidence she had not then nor now has she fulfilled her obligations to the agreement. As of this 12th day of April she still retains the $200.00 paid to her by way of ************ has been no Affidavit(s) received attesting to the perfected service of process for which she was paid. Which I contend & argue she has no lawful right to, that the retention of those funds is the equivalent of Simple Theft by Fraud. But because I previously had a satisfactory experience with Hogan ****************** in a State ****************** Dad's condition I mistakenly dismissed the **** Dispute.

  This response is just about word for word of my response to his acqusations he posted on Yelp. I will also sumit the sworn affidavits of service which he was provided and his request for service.  I will also include his previous reviews of our service.

  4/12/2023  This client attempted a chargeback on completed service and upon review was denied.  This client threatend to chargeback funds every time he felt that he wasn't reposnded to quick enough. Aside from the work requests, a large amount of his communications consisted of paranord rants of everyone from the US ************** to previous service providers to finanial institutions and on and on were against him.  We recieved 33 emails, 18 text ********* and 16 phone calls at all hours of the day and night.  It was like dealing with a rude child.
  
  We are not a notary service.  We are a ************************* in multiple states. All employees and contractors are licensed investigators. All work is documented and all documents served are documented with an affidavit of service which is signed dated and notorized in accordance with applicable law.  Evidence was presented proving that the payment was for work that was requested and completed thus resulting in the reversal of the chargeback.
  
  We screen our clients the best we can.  However, the nightmare idiot client will sometimes slip through.  This is such a person. I just wish that there was a site where you could list an idot client so other professional would not have to put up with this nonsense. Let me know if you need any other information.  Thank you

I am her husband and owner of this corporation. There is no need for you to attempt to contact her or my firm in general for any reason. Nor will I waste any more time on this foolishness. 
  

  Posted on Yelp on 02/13/2023 The services offered herein are top of the line. They run a tight ship and if I were ever to need additional services, they will be my first choice. They've served process for me now three times on various hard to get to people as well as businesses. They communicate well and kept me informed throughout. This is my second review of this specific company and I think my time spent telling y'all about how well I've been treated is well spent for both you and I. Thank you again, we'll be in touch.

  His attempt to reverse the charges would equate with theft of labor. This complaint is unfounded.

There was proof fo service in the form of signed affidavats to there completion with those documents being mail to his requested location. His chargeback was reversed because his complaint has no basis in fact.

  _____________________ they must really need that $200.00 which is why they were so adamant about the "unfairness of ***** taking back the funds.

  IS CATEGORICALLY FALSE the service PAID for was not performed. (1) Evidence I have already submitted in PDF shows even the singular notarized paper (***********************) is on a paper that states ON IT'S FACE "NOT TO BE FILED with THE ****** and is or may well be of NO VALUE; although fully paid for. THEN the second affidavit does not exist at all or whatsoever, and obviously never received in the supplied PREPAID PRIORITY SASE. The chargeback was dropped by this complaining party, ************************, not reversed [emphasis added] by this complaining party (again as evidenced by emails and PDF documents already submitted into evidence) based solely upon the assertions of **** Hogan as she texted, emailed, phoned and left voicemails related to her being out of state attending to a family member. But prior thereto admitted she had no control over the actions of the person she hired (a subcontractor) to perform in her stead I have no idea who the ** Hogan is and never dealt with him before apparently she is the one that wears the pants in that supposed family. So, the completely false unfounded baseless assertions of the responding parties AGAIN HAVE NO EVIDENTIARY SUPPORT whatsoever including any production of duplicative affidavits supporting the baseless claims and assertions. They're are mere assertions and contentions without any factual basis in law or fact. They are less then hearsay and unfortunately, I suggest the baseless assertions are fraud upon the BBB of ******* made in and effort of the avoidance of the and in the furtherance of that theft as alleged and that evidence in support thereof.
