      This ****** based company would not refund my money for a solar wifi repeater I bought on Walnart .com! It was 360 some amount of dollars - false advertising. This was for Weather companies. Why do u think they put it on ********* I did not get it back in the 37 days. ** my internet guy did mot do work until 50 plus days. Come on. Now they stick me with their product that they sell to public- which is false!!! Also the guy on phone said well ******* sold it to you!!!!! UGH!! Please Help

      Don't know why this complaint was filed against our company. Perhaps it should be against "****** based company" that sells on "Walnart". I'm not even sure how "Weather companies" and internet guy got involved here. UGH!!!

      The order was placed back in May 21. Shipped next day by ***** (tracking ************) and delivered on 5/23.

      ******* has very harsh (for sellers) return policy requiring us to pay return shipping, issuing refunds where it's not even due to buyer, etc. Sellers have to fight for every *****. As a result we comply with ******* requirements but will not offer any, even minor exceptions.

      We are obligated to accept returns within 37 days of order placement. I'm attaching a screenshot of the ******* return policy.

      So the return window lapsed on 6/22/23, almost a month ago. We do not have to accept this return.

      I have the customer's voice message stating that she simply doesn't need the item. I can email it to BBB if needed. And now she is lying here that this is "false advertisement". I believe Ms. **** has now issued FALSE ACCUSATIONS against us. I believe this is a fraudulent complaint from very abusive individual.

      We should not be obligated to accept this return let alone issuing refund. Please close this completely unreasonable complaint.
