So my wife planned a wedding of our dreams. And enlisted the help of the complainant. The service we paid for was decorations on the guest and head tables and card box. She also made it an issue that she was going to come pick up all the items Because she needed them back. She decorated the venue the complete opposite of what was planned and she did not decorate the head tables at all. She also ubered the card box to the venue Because she forgot it. When calls were made to her about the mistakes, she stopped answering and would not answer emails. She also did not pick up anything she needed from the venue. We feel taken a fool of because of her and we do not want anyone to feel the same way.

    To whom it may concern,

****** and her husband, have accused my business of wrongful accusations regarding their wedding day.

My client paid for the following decor pieces:

20 Round Table floral centerpieces: $3,500
    B- Acrylic Sign & Stand - $350
    In loving Memory Sign- $50
    Table Numbers- $200
    Design/Setup/Breakdown- $750

Please see all photos attached with reference to the inspiration designs we had shared with the client to approve.

Our client asked us to use/rent a card box days before the wedding, we agreed and never charged her. As you can see from the screenshots of our conversation, the FREE card box was left at the venue while setting up. ******, called me a few hours after we left & told me she was unable to find the card box. Instead of arguing, I told her that we have additional ones at the warehouse and can send her another. We troubleshot the situation immediately, I asked for her bridesmaids or mothers number to deal with them directly, I didnt want to stress ****** out. I was on-site at several different events that day & missed one phone call from her mother. Within 5 minutes of her voicemail, I called her back immediately and told her I can call an **** package to deliver the new card box. She understood and said they may be at the ceremony so she gave me another guests number. The card box arrived & all was well. We not only brought this card box for free, but we troubleshot the situation for the client and brought her a new one. We also paid for the **** package to bring the client the card-box. We never charged her after for either of these costs.

I was in communication with her bridesmaid the next morning about pickup/take down. She had asked if we were coming back and I said that all of the centerpieces/floral was for the client to keep. She said no problem, I explained if it needed to be picked up or disposed of we could be there, she said it was okay and not to worry about it.

I was a bit shocked by this review, we have been in business for over 6 years and I have never received such a nasty review. Under the circumstances, our client received everything she paid for & more. We went above and beyond to service her wedding & needs that day. Were a small business & work to please our clients everyday. Please review all the proof (texts & images) to understand our side & professionalism.

    Thank you for your understanding.
