This is the second time I have used this company to fix problems with my garage door and opener (installed by someone else 15 years ago). Both times I spoke to **************, the owner, who answers telephone calls himself. The first time, several years ago, required dispatching a technician to make the necessary adjustments - he arrived within the time window, knew exactly what he was doing, fixed the problem, and the labor bill was fair. (There were no parts). The second time - this morning - ***** helped me successfully troubleshoot both problems over the phone!! (I had Googled a solution to the issue and checked the manual, both without success). I would definitely recommend ***** and his Sears Garage Doors franchise in ********.

5 starsI called as my garage door wouldn't open and it was very important that I get to work. They came out within 1 hour and were able to repair what was broken. My door was working perfectly within 30 minutes of arrival. This is not the first time I have I've used them and I can't tell you how pleased I am with their service and professionalism.Review fromJim T

5 starsSears Garage Doors in ******** is an excellent service provider. We have used them on multiple occasions and have always been satisfied with their work. The service technician arrives when promised and works very efficiently. In addition, every technician is very friendly. There are certain things that 'regular homeowners' can do around the house. Messing around with anything to do with garage doors is NOT something you should do. The springs are very dangerous and if you don't know what you're doing it can actually injure or kill you.I have found their prices to be reasonable compared to their competitors. 1 starHad several appointments for a garage door installation. On 3 different occasions I waited for a installer to show up and received 3 different excuses. At this point no one has bothered to call back which is unacceptable to me as a customer. A zero star would have been appropriate.
