On October 19, 2023, I purchased a new Weibang E-rider from *************** ************************************* with Turf One, also known as Weibang USA and Weibang, **** I paid $2,799 for the electric riding mower, which was shipped to me. Since it was October, the lawn mower was hardly used until Spring, 2024. At that time, the battery in the mower was no longer taking a charge. I emailed ***** about this problem on March 19, 2024. We have been emailing since then to try to determine the problem, and I even paid $50 to mail the battery to ***** for testing. Four months later, and I have no working lawn mower. I have asked for a new (working) replacement, and or a full refund of my money several times. ***** has written that they can only refund less than half of the amount I paid and that the lawn mower must be collected first. When I ask for a date to have the lawn mower collected, I get no response. ***** is no longer responding to my messages.I want a full refund for the $2,799 I paid for the mower, plus $50 for mailing the battery to them (which should have been mailed with a voucher they were supposed to supply but didn't).The address I used to mail the check is:Weibang *****************************************************
