1 starOn initial call to set up appointment, I was told I would need a deep cleaning based on I had not had services for over 3 years. Original price was $69.00, deep cleaning $199.00. I made appointment for deep cleaning. Upon arrival of tech with a quick look was told that he found mold, and insects. He took pictures with a regular camera. I was told that this camera could see the entire system. Based on type of camera used, not connected to a reel and long cord, he could not see the entire system. Not sure if pictures were my system or pictures he used for tactics to up sale. He proceeded to sell me a UVC light to take care of the mold. Explained to him that I never smelled any mold and I knew how mold smelled. Scare tactics were used to get me to get these extra services. He told me that my furnace would break down soon and replacing that could cost between $8000 to $9000 and this would be the best thing to do to buy me some time. He rattled off several prices for the **** sanitation treatment, did not mention the coil cleaning charge. He also said a senior discount would be applied. I was able to see invoice once payment was made. I am getting a second opinion on ******* services. Based on my experience I need to do this for others who fall victim to these type of practices. Using scar tactics on seniors is especially bad. Shame on you. A service starting out for $199.00 turning out to cost $1400.00 feels like a scam. I will be asking for a refund. You can call and arrange to remove you over priced UVC light.Review fromNancy K.

5 stars**** put up a lot of effort and was competent and effective. He arrived and completed the task correctly. Finding certain items in the environment is occasionally challenging. I wouldn't think of doing business with any other firm again. It's entertaining when he shows you the before and after. It's nice turning on the air conditioner knowing that Top Air Solutions has made it cleaner.Review fromChris S

1 starGood Morning, My issue with Top Air Solutions is their ********* sales practice. I received a coupon in *** *** for their Brushing Plus package for $69.00 with includes unlimited vents to a single furnace , They open Brush, ******************* each vent under negative air pressure. Also a camera inspection before and after. Plus Basic furnace cleaning and free dryer vent cleaning... My furnace is only a couple of years old I was just looking to get my vents cleaned. When ****** arrived he came in and asked when the last cleaning was done I told him I moved in in 11/2020 and this would be my first at this house, he oped my return and said I need a deep cleaning for $ ****** . He looked at the furnace and saw it is relatively new and told me if they do the $69.00 cleaning I will need it cleaned again in a month because the return looked dirty inside, I then sent **** on his way. When I placed the appointment I told them I have been here about 3 years and this was my first cleaning here and if there will be any up-charges as I would like to know beforehand. They told as long as I have the coupon it will be $69.00 but they don't clean the return and I said okay and scheduled the appointment. I call this classic bait and switch, this is *********. The moral of the story is if a deal seems to good to be true it usually is.Review fromJosh N

I requested a quote for a full system cleaning, and it cost less than $300 USD. They had cleaned my ducts last year. ****, the technician, checked the ducts, took pictures, and showed me that they are still in excellent condition and there is no need to service them this year yet. He had told me to call him in two years to do the cleaning because everything was still in good condition. And I don't have to spend money cleaning it yet. He spent 30 minutes for inspection and didn't charge me anything, plus saving me $300. I'm very pleased with that company and will call again in two years to schedule an appointment.Top Air Solutions

5 stars************** came to our house while we were away. Our friend who live nearby help to coordinated with them to schedule the appointment. She said he was very professional, polite, on time, and very meticulous in his work. She even forwarded us the pictures he took, and we could see an improvement in the condition of our air ducts.
