    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Winternitz Industrial Auctions regarding a series of unethical and discriminatory practices that I encountered during my recent interaction with their company. I believe that their actions have caused me significant financial loss, as well as considerable inconvenience and frustration.On [date], I participated in an auction held by Winternitz Industrial Auctions and successfully purchased several items. However, following the purchase, I encountered unexpected and undisclosed rules regarding the rigging company of choice. These rules, which were not stated in any contract or terms prior to the auction, imposed additional expenses on me and resulted in a loss of over $1000. This sudden requirement not only placed a significant burden on me but also created an unfair and discriminatory situation.Furthermore, throughout the entire process, I faced a series of issues with the delivery of my purchased items. Winternitz Industrial Auctions demonstrated unprofessional conduct and displayed a lack of proper scheduling and coordination. As a result, there were delays in inspecting the equipment both prior to the auction and after the purchase. This hindered my ability to thoroughly examine the items, potentially leading to further complications and concerns regarding their quality and functionality.The combination of these factors has caused me considerable financial hardship, extra rigging expenses, and significant time lost. I firmly believe that Winternitz Industrial Auctions should take responsibility for their actions and provide me with a refund for the incurred extra rigging expenses as well as compensation for the time lost during this ordeal.
