  If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible customer service. I had trees removed from a property in ******** and contacted Horigan to have one of the trees milled and dried for a table. The tree removal company wanted to deliver the logs at the end of the day. ***** the co-owner told me something could be arranged, but then ***** told me the logs would have to be delivered by 3PM. Then there was the deposit. Initially, I was told I would pay $200 in their application. Then ***** sent me a text saying I needed to pay $300, then when I spoke on the phone with her she said I would need to pay half the full cost, which was $500. I had no problem paying half, but it felt shady that the price kept changing. When I brought up how the price changed, ***** told me it was because I changed my mind on having them create the entire table. I reminded her that I was only getting the table top done because she said she didn't have a ********* that could create a wood base for the table so I would have to go with a heavy iron base they provide that I didn't want and pay $5000 for the privilege. She then told me quite rudely to take my business elsewhere. Mind you, the logs have been cut down and are sitting with tree guys. Not to mention, I'm in ****** on vacation with a child and wife who have tested positive for Covid. ***** did not care. She was rude and mean, didn't care one bit about my business or my predicament. Bottomline, Horigan doesn't have much competition in Northern ******* so they treat customers like c*** I warn anyone considering them to take their business to Southern ******* ***** like ********* where they understand customer service and don't have anti-social personalities abusing customers.
