My issue is basically with the front bumper labor. I thought that the labor and paint would be cover by *****, but it seems like I absorbed everything. There is more than just 3.5 hours of body labor to repair. There is alot of other fees related to the bumper. There is more than 29 hours of labor charges on the final bill that you sent me. Do you realistically think that your guys spent *********************************************** your shop to be installed? Of course that is not a REAL question. Please review this bill with your operations manager and let's apply real actual labor hours instead of what the computer automatically calculates. Also, please make sure everything is functioning on the vehicle, including the door switch that I brought in to be swapped, including the air suspension switch. Let's also take into account that my vehicle was delivered to you in late-July and we are now in mid-September. Please review, recalculate, and provide me with a final revised bill after speaking to the operations manager and ownership, if need be. You have not even done a final walk around and function check on certain items on the vehicle. Also, the center pieces on the old door handles could of been used and placed on the new handles. Just a thought on labor efficiency and savings. I can nitpick this entire self-pay bill.
