    Extremely horrible facility with a staff that doesn't know what they are doing. My grandmother from ******* stayed here for about a week and the facility made her feel weaker and more sicker than when she had originally came in. The staff was very unprofessional and the only time they seemed to care was when my mother and I would come in person to speak with the staff or call multiple times on the phone. My grandmother had a doctors appt and the facility made her come over an hour late to that appointment because they did not get her ready in time, plus she had no shoes or jacket on. When we were discharging my grandmother out of the facility and asked for all of my grandmother's discharge paperwork along with all of her RX prescriptions, we had a very difficult time getting that information. Absolutely horrible facility and not a rehab at all!
