    Bought a new pair of glasses for $730, and the lens fell off the frame within a few months of wearing. They refused to repair or replace it. I speak with the store manager as well and they refuse to take any responsibility for the product's quality issue.

    I had an annual appt on 12/16/2023 and ordered a pair of eyeglasses using my 2023 insurance coverage. I was informed at the end of the visit that I would be receiving the glasses within 2 weeks. Two weeks passed and I left a message for an update and received no returned call. So i then went in the store to inquire and was told that there is an issue with the warehouse and hope to have more info soon. Another week passed; i called again but no reply. Again, I went to the store; i asked if they can simply send another frame to the warehouse for a replacement. And was told that because the glasses are not lost; a replacement cannot be made; Four weeks later, stopped at the store again only to be told that there is no update and it has been escalated (not sure to whom). I asked for some kind of discount for the troubles and inconvenience. ***** (***) said she would talk to her manager and let me know. Five weeks passed; no update. Went to the store again; asked if I can be compensated and was told "NO" because it is beyond their control. We are now going on six weeks and I went to the store to be informed that the eyeglasses were shipped but don't have an arrival date; clerk said i would receive call when we eyeglasses arrive. I would have cancelled the order after the 2nd week; however, my hands are tied because I used the 2023 insurance for the eyeglasses. It is disappointing and frustrating that this company will NOT compensate for the delay of the product. We are now on week six. Unacceptable that ROSIN does not want to take responsibility. I am requesting for the eyeglasses and a refund or the very least a discount.
