    Studio 95 was contracted to provide school photos to ************************** in ************. Picture day was 10/28/22. A photo package was ordered, confirmed and charged to my credit card on 11/2/22. A timeline of delivery was given by Studio 95 for delivery within 4-6 weeks. That time came and went with no delivery. I reached out via both email and phone twice, on 12/15/22 & 1/3/23, receiving no response. It is my understanding the school also reached out the week of 1/5 and were told of an issue but resolution would be forthcoming. However, no one from Studio 95 subsequently reached out to follow up with us as had been relayed for resolution. Again, it is understood, that the school repeatedly contacted Studio 956 the week of 1/16/23 now also receiving no response. To my knowledge, no parent who ordered photos has received their photo package. We have not even received communication since orders were placed and confirmation emails were sent. And no refunds have been issued. Not only is this a terrible way to run a business but now we, as parents, are missing out on documenting a childhood milestone and being charged for it! If the photos can not be delivered a refund must be issued immediately. We are entering week 13!

    This photographer, ******, took our park district soccer pictures September 21, 2022. We still have not received the pictures. She claimed to have had serious health problems and then stated they were sent the week of November 23rd. I called to complain on December 6th and she called me back to explain it all and ensure they were coming. We still havent received them and she has since then stopped communication with everyone, cell phone mailbox is full and just ghosted us. We all paid up front for our pictures and want the pictures as those are our memory of our kids that we trusted her with. So disappointed! I had 2 kids have individual and team pictures taken. The money was taken out of my credit card account on 9/23/22.
