I originally signed a 50 hour contract with C2 Education in 2017, where I was told that my hours would never expire. My child took C2 lessons from 2017 to 2019, taking a break from 2020 to 2022. In late 2022, I signed a new contract to use my remaining 30 hours. Now, in 2024, I was recently informed that my hours would expire in two weeks. I was never informed that under the new policy, my hours would have an expiration date. I have lost over $1000 dollars as a result.

******** originally purchased a tutoring package for ************************** November of 2016. Those hours had an expiration period of 18 months and expired in May 2018. In addition, she was awarded 42 free hours in 2017. Although our contract terms and condition have always included an expiration date, we didn't always enforce that date and continued to allow students to use their paid hours. In December of ********************************************************** an effort to do right by our customers who were under the impression that their hours didn't expire, we made them an offer to put any remaining hours on a new contract that would then expire on the new expiration date. ******* agreed to this offer and signed a new contract (attached) for her 52 remaining (42 of which were free hours) which expired on June 13, 2024. At this time, ************ children have used all of their contract hours and their account is closed.
