    We bought a walk-in tub from EZ Step April 20th 2023 and had it installed on June 23, 2023.We found out that it floods the floor when you shower immediately with first use.After having someome come and move the shower head and replace one of the walls, we still had the same problem. The worker told us our tub was installed uneven and that was the reason we were having the problem.After weeks of trying to get help someone finally called me and sent one of the top people out and he told me I needed a curved shower curtain rod and that the tub was unlevel. In order for the problem to be corrected it would require removing the tub and reinstalling a new one, which they were not going to do.Which means they are not abiding by their warranty. I called them after replacing the shower curtain and they said there was nothing they can do for us and refuse any other solutions to our problems.
