    I used this website for homework help. The person I was paying stopped responding once I sent him the money. The customer service is nonr esponsive and I want a refund immediately. I am a college student and I paid for this myself.

    Reached out to a service provider and asked if she could complete the assignment. I sent in a format example, rubric, and the assignment. The expert said she was familiar with standardized argument essays and could complete it. 1st attempt she sent in the actual example paper that was just re-wrote, 2nd attempt she sent in an essay which is not what was asked for. Upon which was running into deadline time. Therefore I had to do the assignment myself. I reached back out to ***** which is the expert informing her that I just want a refund for minus $15 since I had to do the work. I have yet to hear anything back from customer service chat box or calling since no one answers the phone and the chat is unattended to. I just want a refund for a job that was not completed based on the explicit given details.

    The business has made no effort to resolve an issue I have with their website. I tried to make a purchase of their product, and there was an error in the transaction, where the purchase duplicated or I was charged for something else I had not wanted and this was quickly undone to cancel the transaction half way. The order was cancelled but the money stayed on the website in an included account budget on the website of $85 available balance. I was not happy with my experience with this company and trying to get my money back from the available online balance but they want to charge me fees to get it back when it was done in error in the first place. They rejected my claim and denied the refund and have made no effort to respond to my emails regarding this to resolve between us so I said I would escalate to BBB. I have a charge as well for $91.15 on my credit card again for a purchase that was not intended and never received any refund or product for. They just willingly took the money with no regard or follow up. Its not even in their transaction history of my account but it is there on my bank card statement. I reached out to them on November 24th to their support team and followed up that email with another one on december 2nd. It is now december 6th with no response at all from them.

    I have made 5 attempts to get my money back. They refunded me back 54 by way of direct refund and had no issue sending it back now all of a sudden you owe me money in the amount of $138 and you keep saying it was rejected it has not been rejected by my back. I have corresponded with my bank and they can no attempts from you have been made. I am sick of playing games to avoid giving me a refund. this is unacceptable, if your experts could not do the job then you should have no issue giving me my money back. I will not be using your services again. I just want my money back. I have been trying to get my money back since July and we are now in September. I sent 4 emails and I did not even get the courtesy of an email back stating you are trying to even resolve this matter. The customer service is appalling. I just want my money back. I have contacted them today and still no response. No email responses no instant messages response it is just silent.

    I have been attempting to get a refund back since 08/01/2022. I have had no luck. I am owed back $138 for a project I purchased at a price of $151.00. Today when I checked the status it said that ****************Visa$138.00Today 07:00 am in processin on 08/12/2022 it stated ****** ********** Visa$138.00Today 03:55 am in processing. and on 08/01/2022 it also said ****************Visa$138.00Today 03:55 am in processing. So for almost 30 days, I have still not gotten my refund. I just want my money back immediately. I know they can do it because I have two smaller project refunds of ***** each refunded the same day. I submitted a project and had to pay in advance I got 6 so-called professionals to reject it and because the job was never done I requested a refund and I have been getting the run around ever since. So I just went back online to print off supporting documents and it now has ****************Visa$138.00Today 07:25 am in processing. The only thing I want is my money back.
