    Before I begin, I like to note that we are ******* natives, who moved out of the city years ago. All of our family and loved ones still reside there, so throwing this event meant a ton. The situation took place on December 10th, 2023. In total, My husband and I paid $1,888 for a private skate party for my Daughters 6th bday, from the time 4:30 pm-7 pm. The issues that took place before, during, and after the event were:1. We paid for the 360 camera booth, and never received a single photo until I asked for a refund, and she only sent what she had. (so we only received some of the pictures back, but not all).2. We paid for a money gun, that she never supplied.3. She charged us for party wings then called an hour later and said she MISTAKENLY ordered whole wings, and that we would have to pay an additional $60 for her mistake. When we declined and asked her to correct it, her way of fixing it was having the lady behind the bar chop them into party wings in front of our guests. 4. She told us IN ADVANCE not to worry about plates, cups, plastic ware, etc. but never provided them AT ALL. Unfortunately, my husband had to leave, twice due to this, and missed out on our daughters party.5. We paid to skate from 4:30 to 7 pm. She had my guest off the rink by 6:37 to be exact, because she supposedly had to clean it for an adult-only party. Also, We were rushed out of the facility. Rushed to the point where they told us to not clean up and just Go!6. Lastly, Several of my guests complained about her unprofessionalism and hostility towards them (even the lady behind the bar whom she asked to chop the wings mentioned it as well.)I've contacted the manager, who goes by the name of Ms. ** via text message and requested a full refund. Instead, she called over the phone and offered to redo my daughters party for half the price I paid. Again, I no longer live in *******, and she knew my family and I came from ******* to throw this event. Please request additional proof.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and and upon speaking with the owner, we have agreed on a partial refund. With that said, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Glenwood Roller Rink false advertised their skate rental fees. I spent $500 on a private *********** Alumni Skate party. I told the facility ahead of time of me having my own DJ. But they had ideas of their own. I also had my own Videographer. The facility staff was rude unprofessional. Additionally I paid for rental skates which were mix matched and in very bad disrepair. So much so that my guests complained about it and it impeded them from skating. I purchased 7 pitchers of lemonade that were extremely watered down. When we went to exchange for the Pepsi, they told us they ran out. They also ran out of food. I was never refunded for those things. They don't accept card, everything is cash only which is a red flag. Our event was from 5pm to 8 pm. We left early at 6:45pm because of these issues and the fact that the staff kept trying to rush us out of the facility. I believe I am *********** a refund.
