    Horrible poor customer service they lost my sons chart and charged for other things reported them to my insurance company if u care about ur childrens mouth runnnnn one star was still too much

    would NOT GIVE ANY STARS IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO..Do Not Walk in this office! I went in for slight pain in my tooth and ended up with CELLULITIS OF MY FACE. So far the cost between TLC charges and E.R visit is $7000.00. I requested a call back from the dentist and possible refund and I never got a call back! They also told me the dentist who did my surgery was no longer there one week after seeing me and sending me home with cellulitis. PLEASE Read all the reviews and BBB. I am starting all over again with the same issue, now a specialist! Just came back from a new dentist.5
