    There are no stars for this agent and his staff. In over 30 years of shopping for my own insurance and having a couple different companies, Allstate/Standefer Agency was the absolute worst. ****** employee ***** ***** did not listen to anything I told him, he sent all of my personal insurance records to the address where we used to live, and yes there is a family living there. So all of my insurance policies, personal information, etc...was freely given over to a stranger. To put the icing on the cake, when I contacted **** about this, **** did not have an issue with it, he wanted to send me a gift card, LOL. Many different occasions Standefer's Agency failed with customer service, but when I finally cancelled all of my policies with them, and I only could stand them for six months, when I asked for a refund on my boat policy ***** told me I did not get one. I paid it in advance for one year, used the policy for six months, and he told me it was pay six months get six months free, FREE, yea right? Allstate and Standefer are giving away free insurance. I cannot tell you anything good about their agent, agency or any employee working there. Thumbs down to put it nicely and zero stars. (I had to select one star to leave the review.)

    Allstate ignored me as a client and filed a bogus claim, my insurance is all messed up and for 6 months Ive been trying to get this fixed. Allstate promises a fix when I call but nothing ever happens. Ive been stolen from, lied to, cheated by Allstate. Dont go to Allstate, they will just s**** clients over and steal by creating bogus claims while ignoring their clients. Any other insurance would be far better than this 6 month and counting headache. Allstate is a joke.
