    DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! This company is an absolute joke. The other 5 stars MUST be plants and fake reviews to make up for their major INCOMPETENCE.The movers assured me that everything was cleared from my previous house. The movers left after paying; and when I couldnt find something looking for some items, I texted the lead mover **** and he said that one of the movers told him that the stuff I was looking for was back in my old house!! I was like what do you mean?Everyone rest assured me when we were closing out that everything was cleared. **** then texted me back saying that he didnt doublecheck with his team if everything was taken, cuz he was outside packing the truck.I went back to my old house and found a ton of stuff that werent packed!!!I called the company and spoke to one of the owners **** about my experience; and let me tell you this guy SHOULD NEVER BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! He did nothing but have SARCASTIC remarks about my experience; and at one point MOCKED AND QUESTIONED MY DISABILITY!!! He then wanted to charge me another FULL PRICE for a second move that had to be necessary to get the remainder of the items the staff didnt load. He gave me a discounted rate I had to pay an additional $250 today. The pics here are all the items the crew didnt pack they DAMAGED a marble painting because **** the lead mover said he only used my MATTRESS to cushion the ********** it split in half; and **** the mover didnt want to take any accountability for his staff and instead said they dont cover paintings unless I get additional insurance. EVEN THOUGH HIS STAFF DIDNT PROPERLY SECURE the painting and just put it on a mattress!!! They pride themselves on being a 5-************ but my experience is not even deserving of 1.***** ******** their sales *** is also useless and never returns calls. This company and the owners and staff are as useless as a doorknob on a ceiling fan.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

    Chance and Alexa **** HULK) were fantastic. Very friendly and very accomadating and professional. They knocked it out quick with no damages and 4 flights of stairs.

    Everything from the booking process to moving will be a breeze with sunrise moving. They communicate well and their team of guys were professional and accomadating. We will be using sunrise again if need be

    Sunrise moving sent a team of three gentlemen to accommodate my move today. they made the move very easy and I would even say they made the move fun. Very professional, and respectful guys.
