      The installation was in May of 2013. I originally contacted The Hole Deal with my complaint in September 2020. My complaint was after having the wells drilled in my front yard 7 yrs prior that now I have 3 sink holes in my front yard. One was deep enough for my 10 yr old grandson to stand in the hole up to his waist. I was told this was expected. I filled the holes in and now the holes are sinking again. The geothermal system has had to have water added three times now. It’s obvious that the system is leaking and that is causing the ground to settle. Now I’m told that the warranty has run out as if May 2023. My original contract with The Hole Deal was for 20 yrs non prorated. Now I’m told that I need to pay to have someone dig up my yard to prove that their workmanship has failed.
