      Tree Worx cut down my trees and knocked over my fence. I know my fence is old but it was up and not falling apart. I had several conversations with him (the owner) about coming back and fixing my fence. I have pictures of my fence before and after him cutting down my trees. The owner of the company sent a picture with his new truck showing my fence was still up. All I want him to do is fix my fence or give me his insurance information. He has asked me not to call my insurance agent that he will be here to fix it. He has never come back. There is a lack of communication on his part. He said my fence is old but he knew that before he started cutting down my trees. As a business man if he couldn't cut down my trees without knocking over my fence, he should have never asked me to do the job.He said he was insured and fully licensed but has not given me his information.I don't want BBB to publish my complaint. I want BBB to help me get my fence put back up and fixed or Tree Worx insurance information. I have never filed a complaint before, I just want my fence fixed.Thank you,************************* ************

      I have offered to put up fence posts to hold up the fence panels. The trees were growing into the fence and were the only thing holding it up. I will contact the consumer to address this issue directly.

      I paid this company in ************ came and cut down trees but it wasn&#**;t the tree I wanted cut. They left stumps to the tree&#**;s. They cut my privacy tree&#**;s. They were to bring 4 pieces of fence plus remove the *****. He agreed to this. He never has shown. He needs to correct this. I have him his money...up front.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      We never discussed these trees would be planted in the fall.  I never said for him to use his best judgement.  He has had two fall seasons that these trees could have been planted, if that were the case, which it is not, 2020 fall and 2021 fall.  He has been giving me the run around regarding these trees for 2+ years.  I have pictures of trees that he sent me through text saying they were mine in 2020.

      I have correspondence via text that I have tried to send for this complaint along with copy of check, but it wouldn't go through.  I can mail it if necessary - what address?

      We have explained to the customer that 100 degree weather is not the right time to plant trees.  Fall is a better time with cooler weather.  She told us to use our judgement.  We plan on planting them in the Fall.

      No, he always calls and says that he will call "Monday" to set a date, but he never does.  This has been going on for 2 years.
