    The transaction was processed on 5/31/2024, for the amount of $165 USD. The business provides guided horseback rides. On the company website it clearly states that there is a 14-day cancellation policy. However, there is nothing that covers the scenario of when the trip is cancelled due to weather or any other reasons. On the morning of the scheduled ride, Saturday, June 1, 2024, I was called and told the trip was cancelled due to weather and trail conditions. On Monday, June 3, 2024, I called an asked for a refund. The manager of the business said they couldnt refund my money because it was inside the 14 day cancellation window. When I countered, stating I didnt cancel the ride, the stables cancelled the ride, he told me there would be no refund and I have to reschedule. After a few minutes of debating, I was told that someone would call me IF a refund is possible. No one has called and I have spoken with the same manager on three separate occasions trying to resolve the issue. Each time, I have been told that if no one has contacted me that it means there will be no refund. Essentially, I am being forced to reschedule a trip that was cancelled by the business, not by me, the paying customer. In an attempt to compromise, I have offered a 15% processing fee for the refund and told that is not possible.
