    They installed laminated wood flooring in my kitchen in Feb and it started buckling up. They had guys come out and look at it. There are three sources involved and no one is resolving my issue. Carpet city blames the installers and the installers are blaming the manufacturers. I have been dealing with these people for 30 years and I cant believe I am getting the run around like this.

    This issue has been resolved.   I purchased the material and we going to install on Tuesday.  When the sales rep looked at the floor and he has to turn it in to the company.  The customer did not allow the allotted time for the sales rep to turn it in.  Also, I have not been in business for thirty years I have been in business for twenty three years. 

Carpet City is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
