      They did not honor my service call which I am under warranty. I had to call another heating and cooling business which cost me $342.26. I would like a refund in the amount of $342.26 for calling another company (**** ******* *** ******** to service my AC outside unit. They put a condenser in it.

      DEPENDABLE INSTALLED A SYSTEM FOR MR ****** ON 7-6-2020.  THE COMPANY GIVES CUSTOMERS WE INSTALL EQUIPMENT AT A ONE YEAR LABOR WARRANTY WHICH HAD EXPIRED WHEN MR ****** CALLED FOR AC REPAIR.  HE HAD CALLED IN APRIL OF THAT YEAR FOR A WHOLE HOUSE APRILAIRE FILTER THAT WE HAD MAILED TO HIM AT THE COST OF SENDING &THE COST OF THE FILTER.  WE MADE NO MONEY.  DID IT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO SAVE THEM MONEY.  

       

      WHEN MR. ****** CALLED, HE WAS ADVISED HE HAD TO PAY THE 50.00 INVOICE FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE FILTER.  HE DID NOT.  IF HE HAD WE WOULD HAVE REPAIRED THE AIR CONDITIONER WHICH HE STILL WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY A SERVICE CALL & LABOR.  ONLY THE PART WOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE PART WARRANTY.  THERE WAS NO LABOR WARRANTY LEFT ON HIS EQUIPMENT.  HE CHOSE NOT TO PAY FOR THE FILTER SO THE COMPANY DID NOT GO TO FIX HIS AIR CONDITIONER.

      WE PROVIDE ONE YEAR LABOR WARRANTY FOR EVERY INSTALL WE DO WHEN OTHER LOCAL COMPANIES GIVE 30 TO 60 DAYS.  WE ARE FAIR WITH CUSTOMERS BUT WILL NOT DO MORE WORK FOR THEM WHEN THEY HAVE REFUSED TO PAY FOR A PREVIOUS INVOICE.
