    May 27th i went to R&T storage with the Death Certificate of one of the leasing individuals, I am the designated liason for the next of kin as was explained over the phone by the Investigating Officer. The individual told me last week all i would need is the death certificate. Even with this extra information provided he demanded I show him an executorship. As no will was issued this is impossible. It is also impossible to obtain the alternative administrator of estate title without first closing her debts (including with the storage facility) and without first determining the value of all of her assets. This man lied to me, made me waste hours of my time driving to him, to ask the impossible of me and withhold the property of a rental space to the soul liason for the next of kin of the Decedant. This sounds like a scam to steal the property when we refuses to let us close the account. The account has no debt currently but will owe $70 the 31st.

    I resolved my issue with a kind lady at the storage facility the next day. My issue seems to have been an employee misunderstanding estate and probate. The buisness fixed my issue. 

     I have been given access to the property for documentation. I have made payments towards the unit to keep the account in good standing. 

     I have not closed the account yet, but all is going well. 

     My apologies for not getting back to you.
