I enrolled at *** on 9/11/23. I have low computer skills which I had been very clear about from the beginning that I would need extra help in that area. On my first day, I was told the first week was solely computer based and was offered little help. I decided that is was best that I did not continue the program. On 9/19, I wrote a letter stating to withdraw from the program. I was told that it can take many months for the refund of $5995. After 10 months of relentless calling and emailing I received a partial refund. I had stated to them that is was not a fully refund after being promised that I would receive it in full. I later send the copy of my cashiers check that I paid with to them and received an email back on 2/28/24 that the remaining balance of $400 would be mailed within 5 days. Now to April 14th, no one will return a call or email to speak on this. The $400 has not been received. Attached is many emails and docs supporting this.

My name is ******************************* who attended Premier CDL Training Services on September 9th, 2022, through a partnership with *****. On Monday September 19th, 2022, I started the CDL training at the campus located at ***************************************************. On Thursday September 29th, 2022, I was issued my ******** CLP LIC. Unfortunately, two days before my CDL Road Test AL the CDL Trainer ************** notified me on October 25th, 2022, that ***** dropped me as a student, due to a speeding ticket. Wednesday, November 9th, 2022, one week after ***** dropped me as a student, I used all my familys savings and paid Premier CDL Training Services LLC $6,270.00 in full by money orders that is attached. Monday November 14th, 2022, my 1st day back the school was closed. It was later told to me Swift took their trucks back from Premier CDL Training Services LLC on November 11th, 2022.On November 14th, 2022, I reached out to ***************************** ****************************************** who scheduled me to complete training at ***************************************************************. Who would take care of two weeks accommodations in a hotel, plus .55 cents per mile to and from campus. Unfortunately, due to the death of my uncle and aunt in ******* I had to return home to be with my family. After multiple calls and messages to Premier CDL Training Services LLC and *****, I never anticipated that after paying Premier CDL Training School in full $6,270.00 they would ruin my chance of becoming a truck driver. This is so devasting for my family watching my dreams and opportunities I worked so hard for wither away as we financial suffer.

I signed up an employee for truck driving classes. We paid in full at time of registration which was in September. We had to cancel due to our employee was unable to legally attend. I called immediately for a refund. I have left numerous emails and voicemails. Only one person called me back which was a lady named **** who was in a different department than the one that takes care of this. She instructed me to send an email to the email that she provided asking for the refund which I did. After this I have no heard or spoken with anyone. I call every other day and email weekly, and no one will respond to me. Please contact me with a refund. To make matters worse we put this on a credit card, and we are accruing interest as well. This is 5 months later and this is ridiculous.
