    ***** did not fit return dryer to the shop along with my old one decided to stop pay on check because I had no dryer we agreed he would look out for one if he found one I would rebuy and that would be it gave him $50 cash to pay for delivery fee of driver that didn't fit refused to give my wife a receipt for the money and was very angry and rude when she talked to him and when I talked to him. When I said I would come and get a receipt he told me to never come in the store again.

    The manager told the customer that he would get him a dryer that fits and it would take us a few days but he would have to pay a $50 redelivery fee since we are not responsible for the measurements of the space and we had already made one trip there. A few days later the customer came into the store and payed the delivery fee but also told the manager he was stopping payment on an already deposited check at which time the manager told the customer he was more than welcome to do that and would probably be in his best interest in the future to shop elsewhere if he did not trust us to get him the right size dryer in a timely manner. Never once was he angry or told them to not come back in. Thank you
