    This business has been incorrectly billing me for years, which is theft! They have been billing me based on the amount of water I purchase from the water company which has nothing to do with the amount of water they treat on my behalf. I have a garden in which they bill me to water the ground outside, they bill me when I wash my car in the driveway, or even when my kids play outside with the water hose all things they bill me for but have nothing to do with!This summer I notified them that I have a ***** gallon swimming pool in my backyard and that they would not be treating that as wastewater! They charged me for ***** gallons and refused to make any adjustments as the water is still sitting in my backyard! They came out and took pictures and they know that they are not treating the water but they refuse to make any adjustments to the bill and are threatening me with disconnection of my water services that I dont even get from them! I called them to have something done and theyre boss was very rude and hung up the phone on me after telling me so what were going to bill you anyway!

    I understand Mr. ********** concerns and would like to clarify once again, as we have done previously. Our billing is based strictly on water usage. This has been communicated to Mr. ******** several times dating back to 2017, and again during a complaint in 2021. Regarding his most recent inquiry, he was informed that adjustments for "quick set" pools and pools under ****** gallons do not qualify for an adjustment. This policy is detailed on our website. I advised him he may go to the website ****************** for further information on the billing process and pool adjustments. Mr. ******** did not like the answer so he ended the call.

    Just one example, September 4, 2020 Mr. ******** spoke with me and I provided the same information to him when he argued about us billing him for water we do not treat. At that time, we had not received a payment from him since February 2020. I gave him the option to sign a three month agreement and he continued to raise his voice. I advised him he can contact our Board of Commissioners. It is important to mention that Mr. ********** account has been repeatedly past due to non-payment, with a history dating back to 2017. **** has offered several payment agreements to assist him in settling the outstanding balances. Some instances the water has been disconnected for non payment as well. 

    I would suggest if he uses that much outside water, he contact Illinois American Watering regarding a second meter.
