    Good afternoon, I applied for registration renewal and plate reclassification at this location in Grayslake back in February of 2025. My temp plates expired on 5/11/2025 but I am still waiting for currency exchange to give me a simple call back on status of my plates . I paid all the fees and yet its June 21 and I still dont have my plates. I was promised a call back multiple times but it seems like she is either away or now on vacation. Please help me with resolving this issue. Thank you ******* Triton trailer

    On July 29, 2023 at approx 4:30 pm CT, I entered this established to exchange dollars for 250 euros. I was told that I would need to pay approx $350 to get $250. I later learned that the exchange rate is .91, meaning that 250 euros should only cost $275. Even with their 10% fee, this was fraud and I was not provided with a receipt to explain the extra ~ $50 charge.
