    payment of $300 for the driver reservation. Trusting in the legitimacy of the company, I complied with this requirement. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to communicate with Quick Ship LLC over the past two weeks, I have neither received the promised service nor a refund of my advance payment.Compounding the issue, despite assurances that they were issuing a refund via check, I have not been provided with a tracking number for the purported check, nor has it arrived within the timeframe indicated. It appears that my communications are solely directed to an individual named ***********************, suggesting a lack of sufficient staff to handle customer inquiries.In light of these circumstances, I have initiated a claim with ***** to recover my funds. However, my primary objective in bringing this matter to your attention is to prevent others from falling victim to similar deceptive practices by this company.Should you require further evidence of my interactions with Quick Ship LLC, I am prepared to provide text message transcripts and any other documentation necessary to support my complaint.
