    Very dishonest, unfortunately one of the many car dealerships that still uses bait-and-switch tactics and more.... It has advertised via the ************************ there was ~$2k dealership discount, in addition to EV federal credit, ****** rebate and other manufacturer's rebate. After a few hours of waiting, they gave me a final number (to finance with ***) that did not really include the $2k discount. They showed the $2k discount but then they tucked in additional items in order to hide it. I had them removed it, then put a deposit on the car that is in transit. When car arrives the following week, and I was ready to close the sale, they tried to pressure me again to take the extended warranty and other unnecessary offers. To make a story short, City Chevrolet of Grayslake would not agree on a written final price (I have a copy of it) unless I agree on those extra items that I don't need. I would not go back to this car dealership again. They lost an entire family with three young adult children, not to mention my friends and extended relatives, forever on future sales.

    Disappointing Experience with Incorrect Documentation and Lack of Communication. I recently had a disappointing experience with City Chevrolet of Grayslake. I agreed on a price of 500% per month for my car purchase. I asked the Financier to correct that amount in the computer because it was 550$. He corrected in front of my eyes, however, when reviewing the paperwork, I noticed the amount listed was 550$ per month instead. I immediately reached out to the Owner, who was courteous and investigated the issue. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, they were unable to find any error, and no one at the dealership seemed to recall the agreed-upon price. This lack of clarity and failure to acknowledge the discrepancy left me feeling frustrated and misled. While the Owner was polite, the outcome did not resolve the issue or make me feel confident about my purchase. It's unfortunate that what should have been a simple transaction turned into such confusing and unsatisfactory experience. I hope this feedback helps others be cautious when reviewing documentation at this dealership. I would recommend being extremely thorough with the paperwork to avoid similar issue. ( Oh and never sign off the deal late before closing or have kids with you, they will take advantage, I'm sure).
