- TCI Logistics accepts credit card, PayPal and wire payments. Depending on the transport type, cash or certified checks could be accepted upon delivery as well.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Complete refund is granted as long as the order is cancelled prior a driver has been dispatched out to pick up your shipment. If the order is cancelled prior a driver has been booked there will be a full refund of the payment made. If the driver has been booked and he is en route to pick up, a small reservation deposit will be kept as a driver-run fee.
