    These guys are a big disappointment. They promised to pick up a car for shipping on a date, but one week later, they still had not and just kept me hanging (and never picked it up). I don't understand how they can do business in such a horrible manner.

    Absolutely terrible. Like the other reviewers have said. The drivers cannot even speak basic English. If you want your car/motorcycle damaged on delivery. These are the guys. They delivered my brand new motorcycle with a cracked body panel and scratches everywhere

    Beware of these guys! TCI is a low-end no guarantee transport brokers with horrible customer service that own no trucks of their own, which means that they are using 3rd party truckers and basically feel zero reasonability to honor any pre-arranged bookings in case that they are unable to find a track to fulfill your reservation. We booked a round-trip transfer of our family car from ** to ***** and back. ********** made the pickup date from ** and only after several calls and multiple reminders they were able to identify a run-down truck to pick up our car, which arrived to ***** 2 days later all covered with oil stains that required professional cleaning to remove. Two months later, on the scheduled return week, we called in advance to make sure that the pick up will take place as scheduled. We were assured that everything is on schedule and that we should hear back from a driver. Our concerns grow by the hour as we received no call back and had to reach out to TCI again just to be assured that they are working on this and we should hear back from them shortly with a solution. Only in the afternoon of our last day, the owner (*****) admitted that he is unable to find any drivers to pick up our car and went immediately on the attack claiming that we should have taken into consideration that this was Easter weekend and many drivers took the weekend off and that we are a very problematic and un-flexible customer for not having someone to leave our car with in *****. Needless to say, that this response was totally unacceptable as the booking was made 3 months in advance. As we were left with no other solution we had to cancel our flight back and start a 1,200-mile road-trip back to **. We will be going after TCI to claim our monetary damages (flight tickets, fuel, hotel, tolls), but want to make sure that others avoid this nightmare.

    TCi Logistics transported my car from ** to AL at a reasonable price and less than 48 hrs of arrangement. Communication on anticipated arrival time was great.

    company is run by a scum-bag foreigners do not use, very unprofessional they use subpar underinsured bottom of the barrel 3rd party transport companies to move customers' cars,if you want your cars damaged by a cheap clueless driver who cant speak basic English and damages your car then use this tin pot operation of a company good luck claiming off the insurance of the carrier as Kaleb doesn't even check its auto haulers' cargo insurance ***** just look at how many bad reviews this scam artist has on here it just says everything about this company save your self a bad experience and find another broker

    TCI Logistics is our primary transportation provider for nearly all of our vehicles delivered or transported nationwide. Absolutely amazing trasportation services w/ great customer care and very fast and clear way of communication! Aways on time, Aways reliable, Aways the most reasonable prices including great liability coverage. Highly recommend!

    Perfect Transport, picked up within one day and dropped off a day early, truck and trailer were high-end, no junk. I would recommend ***** to anybody wanting to transport, high-end exotic cars.
